Fee covers receptions, lectures, entertainment, O'Dea Castle visit, coach tour of the Burren and the Cliffs of Moher, and a five course Sunday dinner. A Medieval Banquet at Bunratty Castle on Saturday is an optional extra.

The organizers are not responsible for booking accommodations. Registrants must make their own housing arrangements. Inquiries about rooms at the Gathering hotel should be directed to the Old Ground Hotel
